    2 cups of oats a day with quark, milk, PB and whey. Walk a decent amount and do PPL 6x a week, focus on higher reps and pullups. Do whatever cardio you want a few times a week. Eat nutricious slow carbs and high protein

      I'm staying with me grandparents right now. Grandma makes stuff like rice and beans or lentils with stued or curried meat. Really fucking filling, low calories. I drink coffee all day. Eat a fruit in the middle of the day so I don't collapse. Hope this works. When I was at my leanest I did this but with oats and peanut butter in the middle of the day instead but I'm obsessed with keeping calories low now because I'm fucking wilding out bro IM WILDING OUT

        Careful with starch. It's not bad, but it is high calories. Oats are great because they are high fiber, so you don't get insulin spikes.

            Nta but it just makes you hungrier more often. If you had juice or honey in tea between all your meals you'd be ridiculously hungry all day. If you eat mostly slow digesting carb sources like oats, sweet potatoes, or fruit then you'll stay fuller for longer on less calories because your blood sugar isn't spiking and plummeting

    It really is as simple as CICO. Gets even easier if you cook your own food from natural ingredients.
    Basically if something comes in a plastic/foil wrapper with a list of ingredients, you shouldn't consider it food. That goes triple for any ingredients you can't picture in your head.

        It's why I never counted calories either. Having to look up what everything supposedly has on the interwebs and then doing the math for each single ingredient is just a pain, it would make me want to quit immediately.
        Personally I just started eating less, got rid of 30kg that way last year. It's basically just looking at the quantity of what I usually eat and taking some away. Like instead of eating 5 meatballs, just eat 4 and maybe substitute with a bit more veggies.

      Currently doing OMAD, meal is always a 0.5 rotisserie chicken with a side of potatoes and green beans 1000 cal, 80 protein, 50 fat, 60 carb for 15$ from this chicken place.

      I also then have "dessert" which is 2 cups of frozen fruit, 3 scoops of protein powder, and 16oz of unsweetened coconut milk. Makes a 2L "milkshake" which is 600 cal, 80 protien, 10 fat, 40 carbs.

      I drink coffee and water all day until my evening workout, than eat dinner after. Its not bad after a day or two.

    At the extreme end of things, you've got fasting and PSMF.

    Once your there, its extra important to exercise to help maintain leanness
