ok so up until recently i was fricking up my sleep massively, i barely slept and there were times when i would stay up for days without sleeping, this happened voluntarily not because of insomnia
ive stopped doing that shit a few months ago now but i have a new problem, i sleep like 16 fricking hours a day. i also dont wake up to alarms and whenever someone tries to wake me up i literally start verbally harassing them in my sleep
how do i fix this? im wasting all my time sleeping

Wear ear plugs, sleep in total darkness, if not possible get a sleep mask. Moreover go to bed and wake up at the same time everyday
