Commit to either full KB comp autism where you pretend to enjoy 10+ straight minutes of C&J or full hardstyle autism where you delude yourself into thinking a 48kg TGU will fill the void in your heart.

I might be autistic both ways.
You probably can do 99% of the exercises but some of them will feel really awkward because - cleans, swings, halos, figure 8s, side swing, snatch, maybe somersault squat - to name a few out of my head.

*because they are supposed to be ballistic for high reps or just the way you have to hold the db.
Technically you can do all exercises with both if you force it. But the reality is that the dumbbell does not allow for natural movement or grip on many cornerstone kettlebell lifts including the swing, clean, and front squat.
Sort of like how you could technically do just about every barbell lift if you grab a chair by its legs and get to work. Technically it works, but the shape of the chair doesn't lend itself well to the exercises you would traditionally do with a barbell, especially if we start talking olympic lifts.
16kg feels like double after a few minutes of swinging, let's just say its different than dumbbells and works your heart about as much as a marathon if you put in enough work.
>hard style
For me, it's the comp style. The most comfortable kettlebell.
got a 18kg one for christmas and been doing swings. pretty fun
Try snatches and clean&jerk. Also fun and quite taxing.
kept me sane during 2020
thank you kettlebells!

Are kettle bell shaped weights better for beginners?
>kettle bell shaped weights
So kettlebells?
What r u supposed to do with it tho?
Swing, squat and clean & press is basically Starting Strength - Kettlebell Edition, and there's plenty of other things you can do with them.
You're supposed to solve fitness, dumbass.
I don't own any but I'm pretty sure you can do whatever you want with them. Isolation exercises, unilateral, compounds, swings etc.

Kettlebell swings.
What weight kettelbell(s) should I get as a beginner?
I've used 15 and 20 pound dumbbels for a few months as reference, doing ppl 6 days a week for 30 mins to an hour a day
14 or 16 kg is usually the recommended starting weight for a guy
>35 lbs
a good starting point
when you pick up the 100 lb dumbbells shit starts getting fun but also dangerous
This is 100lb shoulder press in each arm
Now this a starting point after you get jacked

I hate lifting at home and like tbr gym atmosphere. Feels dumb to pay for a gym membership then do a workout i can do at home.
Go back to your PLG (Penis Lovers General) shit thread.
5 minutes of: Clean & Press.
5 minutes of: One handed swings each.
5 minutes of: Farmer's Walks.
Total: 20 minutes of kettlebell exercise to get tougher and stronger. alternatively 2x4 minutes for a 28 minute session, pure unadulterated autism.
Minutes of rest, fingers typing too fast for brain to catch on mistakes, lol.
I’m having trouble finding good ballistics for pecs, arms, and traps. Pls help
