Theres going to a lot of stabilizers working and your front delts might fatigue before your abs or obliques. Normal abs/oblique work (twists, crunches) with plates or landmine exercises would be better
now Skullcrusher! That's a workout for a man like me. A tough man's workout! Landmine presses, Skullcrushers, the Dead Lift! More like that, thank you.
Dude I really dont know. I had this pain in my lower back from sitting on planes too much that I couldn't get rid of for the life of me. Every time I deadlifted or did kettlebell swings I'd feel like I'd snap my shit up.
I did a stretch that looks a lot like this without the weight and it hit the exact spot on both sides of my back that was hurting and I feel instant relief.
Never tried these with dumbbells but might be worth it. Looks like the kind of thing where if you went too heavy you'd snap your shit up.
On mondays/wednesdays/saturdays I only do mage lifts. >4x9 spellcaster >3x5 + 1x1 deadlifts >chest flying 'til failure >etc
On tuesdays/fridays only warrior lifts >4x9 skullcrushers >3x5 crunches >etc
I'm maxxing strength and intelligence. Anything I missed?
Why not just do landmine twists? This looks retarded.
If you want to snap your shit up. Sure
Retard

Why do DYELs feel they need to do the most absurd exercises? Just stick to the basics they're tried and proven
