ive been doing this since 8th grade so like 10 years? Diet is black coffee, 3 eggs, 2 oz cheese, 1 cup of berries, 3 cups salad, 1 pound of meat, 1/4 c almonds
Damn you must have alot of self restraint. Right now I'm trynna get a bit lean so I drink mostly coffee with a dash of milk and pumpkin Hispanice . Eat one meal in the evening. Works pretty well tbh I ain't gon lie younahmsayin .
