Obviously I'm not telling to eat at a 1k surplus, but you can get away with some 500 calories extra (probably even more) without reaching 20% bf for quite a while.
And before you call me a moron and say 20% bf is borderline obese, it's not, it actually looks pretty good if you bulk up properly (i.e train extra hard while you bulk) and you need to get somewhat fluffy to have some wiggle room to cut down later without losing all your gainz along with the fat.

I don’t know what your goals are, but if its women then you look good enough, but if you are going for the bodybuilder look you still need to work on it, eat more to get your weight up.
Don't give up, you have good insertions there to get good looking. I was just as skinny as you, I don't think the first photo even does it justice because I had already gained some weight and started working out, but trust me I was a skeleton. Don't worry about eating 100% clean. Pig out on ice cream. Unironically do starting strength. Cook massive meals and try to finish them until you throw up. I was throwing up almost every night when I first tried to bulk properly. Look up tinytrip for inspiration, although not developed yet your chest kinda reminds me of his and seems like it could blow up. Good luck.
I second this. Track your calories. Try to eat 3200+/day for your size, everyday. 150g protein. It’s much harder than you think. If you’re not used to it, eating is the hardest part of Starting Strength. Worse than squats.

That’s a great bench for your weight. I had a terrible eating disorder during my teenage years and was like 100 lbs at 14 5’7”. I’m currently around 160 lbs at 19 now and it feels great.

once I got my diet good, I slowly grew to 220lbs lean (6pack showing).
