Stool is always too soft.
Not as in liquid, that would be an improvement.
As in that cursed midpoint between solid and liquid where it's too soft and sticky to form a turd, so it's like mud, it doesn't all come out properly leaves a ton of mess. What can I do?

I eat a ton, consistently more than the RDA. Tried various difference ratios of soluble vs insoluble fiber, didn't help.

Tried that too. Even tried zero fiber. Made no difference, consistency is always the same.
