Without fat, your bile will concentrate until it becomes gallbladder stones. We know this is what a no or low fat diet does to people. Consuming fat allows you to expend bile, which secretes consistently. You cannot digest more fat than you have bile to break apart, so you'll piss out the extra (you will lose appetite for fats and your pee will smell like your dinner if you're consuming your daily limit)
