      it's shit.
Vit d3 - insanely low dose. Look up dr. gominak or dr. somerville
b vitamins - you need all 8 of them
oxides - you need chelated, metal+ aminoacid. Oxides will only give you diarrhea.
Calcium carbonate - absolute shit. It just calcifies your joints and artheries while doing nothing for bones. You need organic one. Besides, studies have shown that calcium rich food prolong life, but calcium supplementation decreases it. For mentioned reasons. In general, you don't need to supplement it, just eat calcium rich foods.
Vitamin K -total garbage. Synthetic vitamin K destroys your liver. Just take K2 from natto. You get enough K from food.
Vitamin A - just take beta carotene and your own body will make as much vit A as it needs. Just not synthetic.

Do you ever research supplements you are taking? Your stack is just retarded.

          D3 is insanely cheap.
Zinc, Copper, Boron, K2mk7, B Complex, Omega 3, Iodine, Magnesium - all in a proper in bioavailable form will cost you 20-30 per year each.
So like 200 dollars per year.

stop taking l-arginine, just take l-citrulline.
l-arginine supplementation is pissed out entirely. The body will not make more of it than the balanced equation to l-citrulline. if you supplement l-arginine, your body will just stop making it and you'll be at the same level.
only by increasing l-citrulline sources does it increase.

d3 is litteraly anabolic steroid hormone that regulates hibernation and can turn on over 2000 genes. You need it and all it's cofactors.

And eating food doesn't help eaither, since it's all decifient in metals like zinc and magnesium due to modern agriculture and dairy/meat doesn't contain k2.

I can highly recommend ashwaganha for anyone curious. Just stay consistent; if you take too many capsules it seems to desensitize you to it’s effects. The main effects I noticed were on my gains and mindset, it doesn’t really effect your sick that much. I was on 1 capsule daily and it kinda puts you into a really positive mindset. Like I couldn’t stop smiling at work and joking around with my coworkers.

You don't need supplementary iron. The issue with your diet is that you don't get enough b12 and copper. And those two are responsible for the absorption of iron. You need just them

      >would take ZMA and copper but what the fuck is the ratio between the 2 because too much/too little of either of those can fuck you up
      >can anyone here help me with this?
Firstly the reason too much zinc can deplete copper is because it can prevent copper from being absorbed. That being said, if you just stick to a reasonable zinc dose every day it won't be an issue and you don't need to take copper. Too many companies make supplements with way too much fucking zinc in them. Remember you're still getting a good (not perfect) amount of zinc from food as long as you eat relatively healthy, so I would recommend supplementing with no more than 15mg of zinc a day to get an optimal health outcome. Personally I take nootropics depot zinc once a day which has like 8mg in it. It's more than enough on top of my diet. If I have a particularly big workout I'll take 2 of those.

      Anonymous

I took creatine for about 10 years. I stopped for no real reason, just a whim to take a break. I lost a bit of size and number of reps I could do. The girls I was dating at the time all told me my face looked more chiseled. For that reason I put off getting back on it, and I never did. Didn't see a loss of strength and life and my workouts went on. I imagine it's useful for young athletes but for an old fart like me I don't see the benefit anymore.

And your opinion on vit d3 based on?

Normal dose for vit d3 is 20k iu. Lower is just not to get rickets. But you won't get all other benefits with that.
The real answer is to take blood tests for vit d3 and keep it on the level of 50-80 ng/ml

All I can say is be careful with noots/supps, do actual research and introduce things slowly one at a time. It's easy to think because stuff is natural or supposedly good for you to spend fuckloads of money, start taking everything all at once and not know what to do when stuff starts going wrong, it can be addicting to constantly be buying and looking stuff up or fuel health anxiety/hypochondria etc.

Random stuff off the top of my head:
    Zinc: Can induce copper deficiency
Iodine: Can make your thyroid worse instead of better, among other things
Ashwaghanda: Can cause insomnia, anhedonia, depression, mood problems... stuff it can also help
Vitamin D: High doses (but lower than what I see mentioned here) in the evening can inhibit melatonin production
ALCAR (acetyl carnitine)/NALT (n-acetyl tyrosine or regular l-tyrosine): Insomnia/(hypo-)mania even when taken extremely early in the day
L-Theanine: can cause insomnia rather than help
Magnesium threonate: can cause withdrawals and trouble sleeping when stopped
Glycine / Magnesium Glycinate: can cause or contribute to insomnia rather than help for some
    NAC: Insomnia, anhedonia
Green tea extract: Acute liver toxicity/failure when taken without food

Fuck it, so many supps can cause or contribute to stuff like insomnia, even creatine.

    >Since copper and retinol are essential for the production of ceruloplasmin, it follows that the integration of vitamin D through the supplementation of cholecalciferol, can lead to a dysregulation in the production of this fundamental protein, with consequent oxidative stress and inflammation, precursor of the plethora of degenerative and chronic diseases that we know well.
Furthermore, the antagonism between vitamin D and A has very important direct implications in the regulation of immune and inflammatory responses through the effects on the expression of genes related to the production of CD14 and CD23 cells.

    >Obviously, the gurus of integration can argue that it is necessary to balance the intake and integrate in an "intelligent" way, but the truth is that we cannot know a priori the necessary amount of vitamin D for our organism, while the self-regulation that occurs consequently to the exposure to UVB radiation, it leads our body to produce only the strictly necessary quantity, in perfect harmony and balance with the other nutrients of which, some, science does not even know what they are and how and how much they interact in the complex mechanism.
