None, hence the name
Post body
fish oil, moad, creatine
why would you get NAC, unless you run some orals? unless you like pissing and drinking 24/7.
Just get a multivitamin and a bottle of magnesium on ths side
I bought NAC to prevent hangovers (and it works). I discovered that I am way less aggressive when I take it. My brain stops telling me to hurt the people that did me bad when I take like 1.2 g of the stuff. Does somebody else knows about this?
Dampening or loss of emotion seems to be a pretty common side effect of NAC. Wouldn't worry about it since it will go away within a few weeks of stopping it.
NAC might help with hangovers since you piss a shit ton and drink a shit ton on it. But it does not change the fact that you liver breaks down Ethanol to acetaldehyde that gives you the hangover feeling.
Also wtf, seek some help
Alpha Lipoic Acid
Vitamin D and magnesium but I eat zinc too
tongkat ali, ashwagandha, maca, horny goat weed, yohimbine, vitamin d, vitamin K
become a BEAST
This is severe cringe
Post body and test levels
Says the guy loading up on meme of the month supps lol
Hair - fin
Eyes - astaxanthin, lutein, fish oil, vitamin a (animal form)
teeth - vitamin d+k2 (mk4+mk7)
skin - collagen, vitamin c, hyalauric acid
penile health - zinc, l-citrulline
>Eyes - vitamin a
why not?
literally just eat beef liver.
>takes all that garbage
>doesn't take magnesium
>doesn't realize magnesium helps zinc retention or is needed for vitamin d absorption
jesus christ kid just have a nice day
Zinc, L-Arginine, Lecithin, Pygeum. For obvious reasons.
L-Citrulline > L-Arginine
You should also take red beet extract for extra NO.
I eat watermelon everyday, you think that's enough citrulline or should I enhance? Looks like kidneys convert citrulline into arginine, why is it any better?
if you ingest l-citrulline your body will make more l-arginine to have a specific ratio.
if you ingest l-arginine you just piss out the l-arginine slowly until you're back at the levels you were before.
you can take 6g of l-citrulline with no known side effects for years.
I've taken pretty much every supplement. At one point I was taking up to 30 different things a day. None of it really did anything for me
Collage or Glycine is the only supplement that I think is genuinely essential. You guys seriously need to look into this.
Others I take, but non-essential:
- Multivitamin
- Creatine
- Quercetin
- D3. If I can't sunbathe during the week
- Whey. If I don't feel like eating
I'll usually have 1 of the following supps rotating in my stack, just for shits and gigs:
- Tongkat Ali
- Mushroom (Turkey tail, reishi, lions mane, cordyceps)
- Ginger
I used to be a big proponent of fish oil, but have decided it's better to just eat fish 2x</week.
>Collage or Glycine is the only supplement that I think is genuinely essential. You guys seriously need to look into this.
Collagen still needs vitamin C and hyaluroic acid in order to be used.
most supplments require something else to be used or absorbed and most supplements do way more bad in the long run because idiots aren't microdosaging for specific health problems.
the whole supplement idea is moronic in general.
>the whole supplement idea is moronic in general.
Some of that shit works miracles for specific conditions. Astaxanthin pretty much cured my dry eyes issue.
and you have no evidence that it isn't placebo.
blood work or nothing m8.
>and you have no evidence that it isn't placebo.
I've been taking dozens of supplements over the years, some especially for my eyes and nothing worked. Only when I started astaxanthin (along with some other stuff) did I notice extreme improvements after around 4 months.
>blood work or nothing m8.
Blood work tests don't work for dry eye issue m8. All you can measure is tear production and mine went up.
I'm original collage/glycine guy.
I mostly agree that supplements are a bit of a meme. I take a high quality multi (half dose) because foods are so devoid of nutrients: most meat is from grain diet, most fruit/veg are from nitrogen soil and sit on a shelf for days before consumption. If I could forage wild mushrooms I'd just have those. I've stopped taking many supplements due to concerns of impurities. Creapure seems safe enough. And quercetin is me hedging my best on anti-aging stuff, but I mostly rely on fasting for anti-aging. I always shop for the highest quality supps with 3rd party testing
The only anti-aging supplement that's been studied in vivo and increased bio markers of aging was CaAKG.
Haven't heard of it ty anon. What do you think of NMN?
All NAD+ precursors seem like a huge meme. No one knows which one is the best one or which one even works. I believe the US military is studying one special NMN variant right now so maybe we'll get some good data in a year or so.
Also, just in case you're taking or considering resveratrol, you should stop. This stuff is poison for everything that's not living in a petri dish.
Cool. Never considered taking resveratrol. You're clever. Besides the quercitin, what do you think of the other shit I wrote
I haven't researched quercetin a lot but isn't it supposed to be taken with some other supplement in order to eliminate senecent cells or something? Or at least that's what it did in mice iirc. Would wait for furher human studies.
As for a multivitamin, I'm taking them myself but you'll obviously run into issues of the ingredients competing for absorbtion. That's why I take stuff like zinc in the morning and magnesium in the evening. A separate vitamin b complex would also be recommended (or at least my doctor recommended it to me when I autistically told her about my stack).
Now as for wild mushrooms, they are just too dangerous, considering only like 10% of them are edible. And all the mushroom supplements all only have weak scientific evidence.
When it comes to fasting, do you mean water fasting or intermitment fasting? Because it's extended water fasting (1-3 weeks) that'll really give you longevity benefits such as autophagy. Intermittment fasting in mice didn't really show a difference in life expectancy between a 3 hour eating window and a 12 hour eating window.
What benefits have you noticed from glycine?
Every morning:
Cal-Mag-Zinc
Vitamin D3
5g Creatine
5g Beta Alanine
Pre Workout:
5g Citrulline Malate
Post Workout:
Scoop of protein
That's it for me, the only other thing I mix in more than once a month or so is L-theanine if it's going to be a long workday and I know I'm going to be drinking extra coffee and dealing with stressful shit.
If you guys haven't taken pygeum you should. You will literally drip cum. Combine with Lecithin and zinc for 3x volume increase.
d3+k2
creatine
ZMA
>Vitamin D
>Multi vitamin
>Fish oil
Anything else is a meme
There's so many great supplements on the market that you're really missing out if you're just limiting yourself to that.
It doesn't take a whole lot as a man to look young-ish. Have a full head of hair (easy to achieve using fin/dut), drink plenty of water, eat your protein and fat and use sun screen.
I pretty much just take
>Gasoline
>Styrofoam
And mix it into a shake and then burn down my local post office
This thread is proof how uninformed this board is on anything actually relating to fitness. I’m 39 and probably look younger than 80% of homosexuals
>N-acetylcysteine NAC

Precursor or the active form? Imo not worth the money right now until we get better studies.
>Iodine
Don't take too much.
>Iron
Not really needed as a man.
>Milk thistle
Okay
>Lemon juice
Worse than coke
>Vitamin B
>Retinol
>Zinc
Solid
>Potassium
That's like eating salt pills. Eat more potatoes/bananas instead.
>Boron
Cycle it.
>milk thistle
>okay
Don’t do it dirty like that Anon. It’s good for immune system support, and also helps with the liver, which anyone who is still consuming alcohol is going to need.
There's plenty of other supplements which are great for liver health. Taurine, Vitamin C, ...
>Good antioxidant but can potentially lead to issues
Such as?
>Reverstrol Poison/ Iodine
Can you elaborate?
>Lemon juice worse than coke
gonna need some sauce
can
>Such as?
Anhedonia and crystals forming.
>Can you elaborate?
The company which got scammed by Sinclair used like a billion dollars to finance studies to show resveratrols effects on the human body. They didn't get any health improvements - what they got instead was people taking resveratrol taking longer to recover from training, thereby indicating that reservatrol is actually bad for you.
>gonna need some sauce
Sorry I think I misread that.
NAC can actually promote oxidative stress, has been shown to increase joint damage if abused. namely in the knees. you can't just maxdosage something and not have serious problems.
raw eggs
raw milk
beef liver
beef fat
Boron
Maca
Fenugreek
This WILL increase your test unless you’re already blessed with high levels. Then it won’t do much, boron is also good for your bones though.
zinc so you can cum more
BASED AND CUMMIESPILLED. ALSO IMPORTANT: PHYGEUM AND LECITHIN
pygeum is bad for prostate, lecithin is sneed oil
Im currently taking 500mg tongkat ali at around 8pm after dinner and turkesterone at 11am-12 after breakfast
NAC and Lion's Mane mushroom.
Everything else you can get from sunlight and food.
also semen retention if that counts
Ignoring the flaw in seeing supplements are "essential"
>vitamin D if you live in aa cold, cloudy climate
>magnesium and zinc for cum maxxing
>fish oil if you don't eat a lot of omega-3
>multi-vitamin for covering your base
vitamind D complex plus potassium iodine
Never take NOW Amazon shit. Complete waste of money its not even half the mgs it says it is. Just spend an extra $10-20 and get the good stuff.
