im not telling you
Thanks for reminding me to take my vitamin
exactly the same minus the multivit
also take aspirin daily, helps with sleep and heart
BCAAs on fasting days, creatine in pre-workout
Can also recommend L-citruline for blood flow (and erections), DMAA pre-workouts for anyone who thinks they're depressed
>Can also recommend L-citruline for blood flow (and erections), DMAA pre-workouts for anyone who thinks they're depressed
Replace both with Cialis
Yall don't find creatine all stuck to the side of your cup when you mix it with pre-workout? I've got to where I just dump the tsp in my mouth and wash it down with water
>drinking preworkout
>Fenugreek
It increases T by blocking coversion to DHT. It lowers total androgenic effect. Harmful meme.
D2... D2 is not for animals. It even decreased your lifespan by a decade, while d3 increases by 2 decades. Look it up and stop killing yourself. Use D3 only.
it was a typo
it's D3 not D2
I'm glad to hear that.
But I would still add K2mk7. So far people were taking it in large amounts and for a long time and no side effects were found. Japanese were eating natto for centuries and no issues with that as well. So it's very safe with no known toxicity. While you don't want any calcium in your blood vessels and joints. So it's a must, unless you eat grass fed beef or natto.
make sure your not taking too much zinc or you'll get a copper deficiency
i would not supplement zinc at all
and you only need a multivitamin if diet is shit
if you have a good diet, multivitamin can actually do more harm than good
What's "too much zinc"?
10mg per day? 20mg? 30mg?
And for how long?
Imagine I just finished a bottle of 20mg zinc pills by taking one daily for a month. Should I stop for a month before starting again, or can I just restart taking it without pause?
I need more details dammit
the upper limit is 40mg, recommended daily intake is 11mg
your multivitamin also probably has zinc, so does meat
i currently have too much zinc at 76mg
>ZMA 30mg
>300g lean mince 20mg
>multivitamin 15mg
my solution is to drop the multi and get magnesium instead of ZMA, no zinc supplement at all
download cronometer it shows all your micronutrients,
if i didn't use it i would have no idea im fricking up my copper levels
yes but i still wouldn't
you can get zinc and copper 2in1 supplements
yes but if your diet is solid there's 0 point to a multi. multivitamin is a crutch for shit nutrition
your also much better individually supplementing what you know your not getting enough of
mainly because of absorption and getting too much of the other shit in it
>much zinc or you'll get a copper deficiency
I was taking 50mg every second day and 25mg every day and my zinc level was at the top upper limit. Still in normal range. But if you don't do much sports and not a regular in sauna, then 25mg every second or third would be enough
Would it make sense to take a copper supplement with a zinc supplement?
Just take a low dosage. 10-25mg after sport (or the day you exercised) and you'll be golden. You seemingly can go up to 90(!)mg during illness, so you'd have to go really far to frick yourself with it.
The entire point of a supplement is to do just that. They shouldn’t be your only source of things such as zinc etc. A good multivitamin should cover your bases for these things.
Salmon oil, steroids
No, you're using literally the only ones needed.
ALL the other supplements (except vitamin c) are meme and some, like the ''racetams'', are literally an internet scam
forgot to mention you should supplement iodine too
best way is just by drinking 1/2 cup of cranberry juice
there are actual iodine supplements too but do not do large doses, it can seriously frick your heart
Don't you get this stuff from salt anyway? At least in Germany, the generic salt we use is iodized anyway.
yes but not enough for the full benefits
i use iodized salt and cranberry juice
1 tsp iodized salt = 264ug
1/2 cranberry juice = 500ug
you want close to the upper limit, say 1000ug
the juice is also a better, more bioavailable form
1/2 cup* cranberry juice
Does all cranberry juice have iodine?
might still not be enough, hell I started eating seaweed more often lately and my craving for salt has gone down
none cause im neither a troony nor a numale
