      This. I was getting better sleep which probably improved my lifting performance but after a few months of taking it I had bad anhedonia. Nothing was funny, I didn't care about talking to friends. Took a few weeks to go away completely.

      There are too many supplements out there. Zinc, D3, and Green Tea are what I use. Sometimes I will try others but only temporarily. You can add Green Tea (Japenese Sencha) for energy.

    Why don’t you just try yourselves? When it comes to your body anecdotal evidence is best. For me Ashwaghanda seems to work either by design or placebo so I’ll keep taking it, vita D seems to help aswell especially being in the arctic circle, but whey doesn’t help at all and usually makes me feel slightly nauseous and gassy
