Trying to build the minimal essential supplements. Here's what I got so far. What should I add/remove?

There are too many supplements out there. Zinc, D3, and Green Tea are what I use. Sometimes I will try others but only temporarily. You can add Green Tea (Japenese Sencha) for energy.
Take out the vit c. And omega 3 if you are getting it from fish oil
My understanding is it helps improve sleep quality, but not something you can use for months on end

Why don’t you just try yourselves? When it comes to your body anecdotal evidence is best. For me Ashwaghanda seems to work either by design or placebo so I’ll keep taking it, vita D seems to help aswell especially being in the arctic circle, but whey doesn’t help at all and usually makes me feel slightly nauseous and gassy
