2 years ago I did Keto and constant jogging for 6 months and lost so much fat, then I got depressed from school and lost motivation to exercise in the winter.
If I went back on a diet but did swimming instead would I get similar results? Could swimming for one hour a day get rid of my man boobs/ burn fat the same way running does?

You'll inevitably regain a bit because you'll gain back water weight and your body will have a tendency to want to store away some more fat right after a long fast, but the only time people gain it all back is when they go back to overeating shit food like morons, and even then it takes time to regain the weight. If you return to a healthy diet after fasting, don't overeat, and remain moderately active then you won't be able to regain all that weight and your weight will stabilize at a new low.
Swimming is an excellent alternative to running. But you should know, that exercise is only an assistant to weight loss. The fastest way to lose weight is modifying your diet. Both in combination are great, but you will get the most out of
