I've tested this multiple times, doing heavy squats or deadlifts will make me extremely horny for the next 48 hours, followed by depression for the next 48 hours.
I based all this on how I feel after workouts, coupled with overall fatigue and stress from work and other life factors.
My posture muscles get taxed everyday and I have a sensitive stomach, making unstable exercises or exercises that use the core muscles not good for me.
Not everyone is in the same position, so my advice is to start taking notes of every workout and if something feels off, say you have to go piss or take a shit after squatting (meaning they impacted your digestion), or your shoulder starts hurting after doing wide grip rows, or your pecs get tweaked after deadlifting, then maybe try switching out those exercises, maybe try higher reps, maybe try taking more rest days and if none of those work then try not doing that exercise at all and see if you feel healthier.
Ofcourse, if you are a competitive athlete this doesn't apply to you since you've accepted that health is secondary to performance, but if you are a regular dude who wants some muscle then think about it.
