        i was 108 pounds and i now weigh 160. I will post a thread on fit when i reach 180-200 in the next year or so. I took sarms for about a month and experienced bad side effects. Switched to youtube videos that boost male sex hormones and ended up getting the effects i expected from sarms.

    I did similar when I first started. All it took was shitloads of pressing volume once a week and a huge bulk. I went at it like a retard but it worked. I went from a 155 1rm to 285 for triples after 7 months. I looked like garbage but I was strong as fuck on all my lifts because I took the same approach for all of them
