It's the ABSOLUTE MAX you could/should ever expect to be, in reality its gonna be closer to height in cm - 105 or 110 for most naturals. Height in cm - 100 with abs is fricking HUGE. Its just that nobody on fit lifts and everyone is on their babby's first bulk and dont realize they are 30-40% bodyfat.

330 lbs is light for strongman. Martins licis is that weight and can do 15 pullups to deadhang ROM
The guys you referring to like Hafthor weighed 450 lbs when they couldn't do pullups, also he has like twice the arm length and thus ROM of that guy in OP
Thats bullshit. Im 18 and weigh 77.5kg and im around the same height (if not a half inch taller) as this guy. Im natty and have been lifting for 3 months, have a bit of a belly in terms of fat but thats it, also my lifts are weak so its not like im just way more muscular than this guy or anything

That might be the case but getting rid of that belly fat (probably 0.5kg/1lb, maybe 2lbs tops) means losing 6-8kg/15 lbs of overall weight. Your body REALLY wants to hang on to that chit.
That's why IMO "abs are made in the kitchen" is a trap to frick with normies. The most sensible thing is staying around 14% BF and spamming abs. With enough core development you get flexfrauded abs which is enough to mog 99% of the male pop. And true abs will always be 3-4 weeks of suicide cutting away if you ever need them.

Right now I'm 84-85kg with lightfrauded abs and that's with less than a year of lifting. Only do gay bw shit for legs so that's an easy 2kg of lean mass I'm missing.

I have average genetics and I was still able to achieve 80kg@10% at 175cm and I am not at my limit. I honestly believe if I did everything perfect I could be 85kg@10% but it's not worth it to me
