this is my grand mother, she worked a lot all her life but her diet was shit, she eats mostly carbs and fats, little to no protein, not sure why, it's the dumbest shit, everyone is having chicken and meat and she eats potatoes and salad and little meat, i can't understand that
Working alot isn't even close to the same a being a triathlete. Working actually ages you faster (repetitive tasks with so low weight it doesn't really affect the muscles much).
Triathletes also have a very wel balanced endocrinesystem while working alot is linked to imhormanal balances, mostly making to much cortisol.
BUT food ofcourse is a big factor to this. Eat shit and you will become shit. Someone who does intense excercising will eat very clean but someone who works most of their time and never educate themselves about food will eat like shit.
You goys need to realise that exercise is horrible for you, and all the evidence points towards you joints getting DESTROYED by any exercise that has an RPE beyond 2
