luckily you don't have to train like an olympic swimmer to look like one, they don't look like that because they swim, they swim because they look like that, everyone that doesn't have the specific skeletal structure required to be fast in the water will never be competitive in swimming.
Yeah I have structure that's more conducive to bodybuilding. I'm white, 6'3" with a short torso and big heavy legs and I don't store much bodyfat. In high school swim class I was one of the 2 or 3 who just couldn't swim. It took too much energy to keep myself afloat with so little fat and torso surface area. It's not that every white person can swim, just most tend to be built a way that's good for swimming.

How is that 12000 kcal? There are only 9 food items on there of which only the pasta and pizza are probably above 1k calories
