Is toast (white bread) with peanut butter a good healthy option for breakfast?
My theory is that toasted bread isn't as bad as regular bread since its easier to digest.
And peanut butter is just peanut butter.
I don't like oats so I was looking for good weight loss options.

If you respond well to it, eat it. If you gain weight with something, don't. I eat eggs, spinach, and OJ because animal protein is better than plant protein plus peanuts contain a bit of PUFA. The powder is better but I just avoid it.
So my plan was
Breakfast
>2 toasted breads with peanut butter
Lunch
>4 eggs with beans and bacon on the side
Dinner
>5 toasted tortillas with beans and avocado

Yes. I was heavy to begin with so I've been losing 3 lbs a week and its slowly stabilizing to a healthier wealth loss.

If you're trying to lose weight I'd recommend things with protein and fiber to keep you satiated.

You realize you can easily get natural peanut butter that just has peanuts and salt, right? Some stores also let you make your own. Whole Foods, at least the one nearest me, has grinders where you can make a bunch of different stuff, including peanut butter.

No, I'd recommend you a new breakfast of about 150g of low-fat yoghurt with any fruits of your choice. Great protein, bit of fructose for your morning is nice. Add cinnamon, nutmeg if you like.

Mayver's peanut butter in Australia is made from only peanuts and salt, not hard to check the ingredients list if you're unsure. Alternatively, make your own, or even better, don't eat peanut butter when you're trying to lose weight. It's famous for being calorie dense.

Get 100% whole wheat or grain bread or a good sourdough. White bread is usually pretty trash. Toasting it shouldn’t have too much affect on it’s digestability since it’s already previously cooked to become bread

Lunch 4-6soft boiled eggs (eleegant)
Black coffee protien shake
Egg salad with two fist fulls of spinach mix
(Home made non goyslop mayo, hot pepper extract, stone ground mustard, celtic salt and 100% pure ground horse raddish
Fast
All usually between 10am - 6pm usually but nothing after 8pm
If i need a snack its local honey mixxed with non sneed oild nut butter of whats on sale
Or another egg
You can also make low carb protien brownies but they are more goey and dont rise plus takes a whole 12 hours in fridge to firm up
In total its about say 12 eggs and 2 shakes with extra stuff, maybe 12.3 eggs if you count the mayo (i use avacado oil usually)
I dont have the appitite most have also i dont know the stats of any of this i listen to the esoteric whisperings in my head as a guide, like with my magic lifting routine

Bread has basically no nutrients unless you want carbs for quick energy, and even then, there are much more efficient foods to get those carbs.
