        It's not a BULK when you train for strength because being FAT helps you lift heavy, so you just get FAT, which is what you DID

        a BULK is a moderate caloric surplus that bodybuilders do to build size.

        Cut to 12% bf, and try again, pendejo. Lean bulk up to 20% and do an actual bodybuilding routine.
