    Keto means CICO as well as low carb. You literally have to count macros, and hitting 20-30g of net carb is hard. I eat 2 full salads, yogurt and a kiwi every day to hit 20-30g.
    Ketotards who eat like this don’t know what they’re doing. They’re losing weight because they’re getting full faster and not meeting their TDEE, but then plateau after a few months when they equalize.

      To be fair literally every fad diet is CICO hidden by the fact that they trick you into limiting your food.
      Fad doesnt mean it doesnt work. Smoothie diets work, Keto diets work. But as you say they are literally CICO but with trickery to make it all but impossible to eat your TDEE when you follow their rules.

    i swear to god, the keto diet doesnt stop to impress me. people who eat shit like that cannot smell good, even with fucktons of deodorant and cologne on top. when i drink vinegar to lose some fat and block carbs my sweat smells a bit of vinegar. if you eat nothing but fucking shitty cheese and fat filled meat the smell must be unbearable. im not even talking about them making a girl swallow their cum, when i was a teen i used to eat a lot of candy and my gf at the time loved to swallow my loads because she said they tasted sweet. keto diet is beyond man made horrors

    When I did keto I just ate a lot of salmon and chicken with different homemade, carbless sauces, plus some homemade 2-carb per serving peanut butter "fat bombs" for desert at night. Tbf I didn't measure anything I was eating except carbs so maybe I wasn't eating enough fat, and wasn't doing true keto, but whatever I did caused me to lose ~70lbs in 3-4 months alongside 1 hour of biking so idc.

    The food people post in these anti-keto threads look awful and would make me throw up if I tried eating them, don't buy into the narrative that keto has to be like this.
