Idk I should start taking it again but I'm worried about the whole hair loss thing. My brain feels better on it I don't really notice more reps oranything.
my hairs already falling out so I'm just buzzing
I tried fin for a few months and it made me feel like absolute shit, I've accepted my fate and am now DHT maxing because there's something to this psychologically
Doesn't it work basically like carbohydrates? How the frick does it increase dht unless indirectly through making you want to work out more.
Consider the following.
There's gotta be like 1.5lbs of steak worth of creatine on one scoop. I eat about that much meat a day but the people eating fitness food are probably nutrient deficient.
Yeah and no one eats a kg of steak or tuna in a day
Creatine is produced endogenously (by your body) I.e. without supplementation.
You should take a drug to stop this production IMMEDIATELY! You WILL go bald!
>My brain feels better
What does this even mean
how long can you take this? and at what dosages
few days
taking like 4g every 12 hrs
you can take it indefinitely, you don't need to cycle it or anything. most people do 5grams a day, although some advise that you should take more the first couple of weeks that you're on it since it has to build up
Creatine is one of the few proven brain enhancers
> has to use supplements to gain an average IQ
any others?
I hate that fricking sand texture so much
I want to start taking creatine but I like having hair
Makes me shed hair like crazy
I want to start taking creatine again but I don't like peeing 5 times per hour
It doesn't last but have fun
>why you hold back on this
because I prefer having hair over a 5% increase in gains
Literally me
>T. takes 10g a day
Mirin
You have a head shape that works good with being bald.
I unfotunately don't
i notice guys say this but i've never seen what a 'bad bald' head really looks like yet
Its mostly decent lower 2/3rds which gives away the other half, the top of your head should be 1/3rd. Some guys have tall ass foreheads and they look like megamind. Other considerations are the top of your head, should be relatively flat front to back as you can clearly see in your photo.
I dont have any pics but theres that photo that has become a meme of that shirtless guy with a red beard and bald head. Hes shredded but he looks awful. Terrible facial feature and a tall oval top of the head. Maybe someone else can post it.
idk about that honestly, I've never seen a bald guy and thought "oh poor him, he should have kept his hair", examples would be needed
I think in most cases, guys who are ugly bald were already ugly with hair.
this is me. Id say i probably lost some appeal but i was handsome with hair and i get lots of compliments now that im muscled and bald.
Unless your like full on twink pretty boy aesthetic i dont think it changes much.
is this actually true or are you memeing?
t. no lifter
Honestly, I only started taking creatine well after I already looked like that, so I couldnt tell you.
Apparently >thescience is inconclusive, but im too much of a brainlet to determine that for myself, just going off what ive heard.
It causing hairloss is a very commonly held belief though for what its worth.
The idea is that creatine is linked to increased DHT production, which is the hormone responsible for male pattern baldness. This only matters if you're already genetically prone to hair loss, though.
It could in theory accelerate the process for someone who was naturally going to lose their hair eventually anyway.
it’s a meme, don’t listen to the shitlords
Creatine is a nutrient. The only way to get biologically optimal amounts from food would be to eat over 2 lbs of raw meat every day. Take that into consideration when deciding whether to supplement it.
R.I.P. your kidneys
creatine + caffeine is truly the ultimate stack. you literally don't need more for max performance and brain function.
When I supplement creatine the inside of my nose swells up with the increased water retention (or blood pressure?) and makes it too hard to breathe
Anyone else experience this? I know it's the creatine just from on/off testing
I'm 90% sure this is responsible for my diarrhea, something people should actually be talking about and not the hairloss myth. Not to mention having to double your water intake and piss 10x per day and probably bloating too
I have taken 5 g daily for a few months and don’t notice any difference
Havent started taking supps yet. Im scared once I start Ill never want to go back to being natty every
