Training legs is a waste of time

I fully believe people who train legs outside of competitions are either women (prostitutes) or attention seekers (beta)

If you are not a NEET and have a set amount of gym hours during a week and you dedicate 30% of those to legs you are sacrificing gains on upper body.

For every person who gives a frick about legs (rare and losers) you are failing to impress the majority of people who would notice your upper body if it were 30% more developed.

Big legs are invisible unless you wear shorts (postal worker ups wagie cuck) or skinny jeans (homosexual)

The inconvienience of leg DOMS is purely copium for sadistic feitishists (cucks)

Again limping around for attention for 2 days when you could have got a sick arm pump and not have to touch a machine that some std riddled prostitute has sweated all over

    i wear shorts all the time, i live on a place with good weather
    i want to be big everywhere, it wouldn't make sense only being half big
    i don't believe not training legs results in you focusing more on upper body and get bigger there, it doesn't make sense if you actually know how to program your lift

    I agree once you get them to a certain size which is very easy to get to even by 1-2 years you can just maintain.

    Legs are very fatiguing muscle group. when I was trying to grow them, leg days would frick my day up. Now its managable.

    I still calf train as a find you can never have too big of calves.

          Calves are just more obvious and get leaner quicker compared to thighs. But the quads get worked. Pick up a 15-20kg plate and imagine standing up with that extra weight every time you get out of bed, get up off the couch, toilet, get out the car, stand up from a desk etc.

          You're right that the 5pl8 squatter will leg mog the ex fatty I'm just saying the quads still get a lot of work it's just not as obvious as calves. Supporting a 100kg+ person is a ton of work

    Someone who squats and lowers their center of gravity have this innate ability to get their legs underneath them and stand up completely negating any attempts at wrestling.

    I warm up lifting 3x a week with 3x5 squats and rdl. I also run 6 miles 2x per week and do a long run on the weekend. Each lifting day I do 4x4 interval training on an elliptical before bed.

    Only homosexuals lift for aesthetics. Only weak people care about muscle soreness.

        They also really affect your weight. Skinny legs to massive legs is a few 10s of kg depending on the guy. Disregarding aesthetic, your size and strength is very dependent on legs, more than anything. Also hormonal advantage. Long term, it takes a monkeybrain to skip legs.
