I've done 1.5pl8 OHP for sets of 5 with no leg drive and I looked way smaller and shittier than him, he probably can do 2pl8 overhead at minimum

I gonna focus more on abs thou the might not be so visible even if they get stronger as I thought about bulking to 90kg, unless my leg gets better. Currently 84kg at 180cm.

careful bulking too much, especially dirty. at your size and with that picture and no other info, you're probably strong. to get to op pic, you'll have to lean out eventually, which will probably mean the long road we're all on of balancing the line between adding muscle (your pecs could harden up a bit) and leaning out (esp for that midsection).
ab work won't get you as far as losing some weight. still though, you got the makings of a great physique.

I like this look except the love handles. I remember I tried going up to like 25% bodyfat during a permabulk phase and instead of only getting a tummy and leg fat, I got these love handles that really stuck out anytime I wore a tight or slim fit t shirt. The picture in OP has them too, they'd probably make him look like he has rolls of fat with an athletic fit shirt on.
