    I found this whole grain no yeast 5 types of seeds bread that tastes really good and my shits are immaculate, even when I down 2 monsters a day. I think it's the fiber (40g per 300g loaf, 960kcal.) Hope it helps

        Eyo, I'm a eurogay so it's a local/regional brand.
        It's nothing special though, still mass produced. Sprouted unfricked wheat flower, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flaxseed...water and sunflower oil (not ideal, I know)

      More fiber. Start eating a bit of fiber every day and obeserve the quality of your shit. If you want it to be harder, increase your fiber intake. Adjust to personal taste of shit hardness.

    Might be obvious, but make sure you're thoroughly chewing your food. Get off the phone or computer and chew your food with intention. Don't get distracted.
