                Legumes are shit at amino ratios tho.
                Either go full autist and count your aminos, and get to a ratio similar to that of egg (or better, whey protein - great aminos, but potential of traces because of industrial production), or just don't count legumes. or count them as half what you're eating, and half empty calories.
                If you eat 3 dozen eggs per day, that's as close to a natty gear cycle as you can get

            Eggs and milk are fine, you are going to need to eat a lot of eggs though. A single egg is around 7g of protein. I never understood why eating eggs is okay while meat isn't.
