why tho
eat up and I'll show you
Don't eat this, you will DIE!
?????????? i'm eating rn
that's a DYEL portion
You better add 200g of chicken to that pasta
i cant have chicken in the house becaue my family is vegetarian
your bulk is joever
your family are gain goblins in the most literal sense of that word, deciding your kids should be vegetarian during developmental years is not okay
it genuinely sucks but i can't exactly fault them because it's not like they're trying to harm me they just dumbass genuinely believe there's nothing wrong with imposing a vegetarian diet on their kid
Start lying about feeling nauseous and low energy all the time, but only meat fixes it. Something like that.
Bulking without meat is going to be really difficult. In the mean time you should probably drastically increase your egg intake.
as long as i hit 1.5g protein per kg of bodyweight that is of high bioavailability i should be alright shouldnt i?
>whey
>milk
>egg
>legumes
when i'm at work i can usually get a meal that's something along the lines of rice with chicken/pasta with salmon
yes, I feel sorry for the other people in your gym and the janitor who has to deal with the fallout of that diet tho
hmm? i've never gotten diarrhea or anything of that sort from eating a lot of dairy, i just make sure to up my fibre intake too
but but but my chickpeas...
ye i've been eating greek yogurt w honey
legumes are not high in protein; they're high in fat.
They're great for bulking if you need extra calories.
Yeah should be fine. Also get some lowfat greek yogurt or skyr and cartoned egg whites
Legumes are shit at amino ratios tho.
Either go full autist and count your aminos, and get to a ratio similar to that of egg (or better, whey protein - great aminos, but potential of traces because of industrial production), or just don't count legumes. or count them as half what you're eating, and half empty calories.
If you eat 3 dozen eggs per day, that's as close to a natty gear cycle as you can get
>If you eat 3 dozen eggs per day, that's as close to a natty gear cycle as you can get
What did he mean by this
>that Vince Gironda thing, "36 eggs per day are better than roids"
>it used to be a medical prescription for burn victims, to rebuild tissues
>I personally have no idea, I'm on 3/day and really don't care to eat 3 fricking dozens of eggs per day so it's all second hand info
>Do it and you'll get yolked.
sounds like bro science + that’s like 14 usd a day bruh
The medical prescription thing is actual medicine, but yeah, it's broscience from the '60s.
NTA but your cell membranes are made of a kind of fat called phospholipids. In particular, phospholipids known as phosphatadylcholines. The two greatest dietary sources of phosphatadylcholines are eggs and basedbeans.
but i thought onions is bad and gives u breasts
eat 36 eggs a day
surely i can still build muscle if i have a lot of milk and protein powder
>milk and dairy
yes
>protein
eat real for
don't rely too much on protein powders, protein bars, and other synthetic foods
*eat real food
Eggs and milk are fine, you are going to need to eat a lot of eggs though. A single egg is around 7g of protein. I never understood why eating eggs is okay while meat isn't.
parents are OK with abortion but not the death penalty apparently
You're over 18, just do what you want.
Come on, don't bait the underaged into admitting it and getting banned.
chicken? OP needs 400g of ground beef, also bump the dry pasta to 200-300g
isnt there something about there being the maximum absorption of protein being 30g in one sitting
say it aint so
>isnt there something about
Lift the weights, eat the food and stop worrying about details. Also, no that's not true.
