i have gotten calf cramps bad enough to force me to crawl around like somebody fricking humancentipeded the back of my knees. never suddenly work out calves the day or two before something important fellers. even a couple days may be pushing - it's gonna take a good 12-24 hours just for the doms to even set in
Just wait until you get either a massive hamstring cramp, or, an ab that locks up and literally pops out from the others, that's some shit to deal with. Nothing like being out in public when I get a hamstring cramp from putting my legs too far behind me while sitting down the day after a heavy squat session and having to limp to the bathroom to punch myself in the leg over and over while bending over in a stall looking like a fricking moron. At least I only get occasional ab cramps at home where the wife knows what's happening when I'm punching myself in the stomach while rolling around shouting on the floor.
Lesson learned, take in more sodium if you're prone to cramps, and some apple cider vinegar can help reduce them as well.
For me, quads
I fricking hate walking, getting up or sitting down, or especially STAIRS when I have quad DOMS
Everything else is fine and not a problem
>Switch gym schedule from after work to before >Everything going great, I'm awake as frick when I get to work instead of snoozin'.png >And then leg day before a job where I need to squat down+climb ladders/stairs a lot
I feel wasted and exhausted at work anyways so going to the gym FIRST at least kicks my body to my "awake" level of tired of being alive instead of that but also still half asleep.
hamstrings for sure, if you have a physical job or climb stairs at work all day like I do, its fricking hell. I've considered not training legs anymore
anyone who doesn't say quads is full of shit
imagine being unable to walk every time after you've sat down for a bit
and it takes a longer time than you spent sitting for it to stop hurting
Definitely any leg Dom's, having to walk and stand up is agony. My legs respond so fricking well that I will be sore for like a week and a fricking half from minimal work.
Get this, 2 days ago I did 10front/10back lunges, 10 body weight squats, and like 20 banded backward leg raises (for that booty that mogs any woman I know) and as I speak they are so sore that when I have been stretching them I moan like a fricking b***h in heat. Again, standing up after sitting for awhile is torture.
Goddammit I need to work my legs more, this shouldn't be happening
Neck doms easily. Actually makes me feel sick sometimes.
trap doms
calves
yeah calves suck, especially when you get cramps in the middle of the night

Fricking YEP

TFW QUADS DOMS AND HAVE TO CLIMB STAIRS AT WORK
>Switch gym schedule from after work to before

how do people work out in the morning?
i already feel tired at the start of the day when i do it
how do you workout in the morning and NOT feel wasted af throughout the day? I tried it once and then entire day I kept almost dozing off at my desk.
I feel wasted and exhausted at work anyways so going to the gym FIRST at least kicks my body to my "awake" level of tired of being alive instead of that but also still half asleep.
neck
its inconvenient and you will also look stupid turning your body like a penguin
ive never had neck doms, but i have had neck cramps like torticolis, which are horrible
I once cracked my neck so hard while I was waking up that I had to keep my head sideways for a few days. Still not sure what happened.

sphincter
don't ask, it's horrible...
Its striated muscle tissue so its technically possible
C'mon, tell us a funny story
>Heart DOMS
when will it stop..
what are doms?
Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness
obviously quads since you always GOTTA WALK. To a lesser degree hams and calves for the same reason
>Soul DOMS
glutes and hamstrings, its so painful to get up, sit down or squat
hamstrings for sure, if you have a physical job or climb stairs at work all day like I do, its fricking hell. I've considered not training legs anymore
I know what doms are but I've spent the last 10 years without even knowing what it means
Did you know it before 10 years ago?
I guess he meant that he always experienced it but didn't know that it has a name.
Lat doms
Weird, I love doms in everything but my legs, especially lat doms, really let's me know I hit those shits good
Basically doing high volume heavy deadlifts give me the worst doms. Hammies, glutes and lower back get hit the hardest so I have trouble moving fast.
>stomach-check my gut so hard during burpees
>bruised my gut
anyone who doesn't say quads is full of shit

>Eyebrow doms
lower back and then folding like a chair after sneezing
ass doms
trap doms are the worst for me, but hamstring/glutes/quad doms last like 3 times longer so in total I dread leg day more than pull
Definitely any leg Dom's, having to walk and stand up is agony. My legs respond so fricking well that I will be sore for like a week and a fricking half from minimal work.

calf doms
lower abs for sure every time I sit up or move I grab that waistline spot where hernias pop out just in case.
What exercises do you do to make that happen?
Calves, and then abs are a distant second cause you need those two for everything
