What do you guys eat for carbs?

What do you guys eat for carbs? I got protein and fat covered pretty easily but I need to eat like 400g+ of carbs to bulk and I’m always lost on what to eat besides rice (which I fucking hate cause it’s bland as hell) or an entire loaf of bread and i want to get some new ideas

    Lard cooked potato crisps
    easy, healthy way to add bulk calories from potato
    nice little snack to munch on throughout the day

    You will need :
    >airfryer/convection oven
    >food processor (with the thin slicer attachment)
    >Hispanices and taters
    >lard/butter
    >a food grade spraying bottle

    Recipe :
    >slice up some taters
    >spray them with melted lard/butter
    >sprinkle with seasoning of choice
    >airfry/bake in convection oven until desired crisp/cooking is reached

    voila. Easy calories, tasty, flavorful, healthier than sneed oil crisps, and a good source of carbs (taters). Great snackability, easy to ''overeat'' ie good for bulking.

      Pasta with beans is pretty high in carbs. Just learn how to cook decently and you'll manage to Hispanice things up with rice too. Also bread comes in many different shapes

      Ah yes he'll just need to eat over 2kg of those to reach his goals. Potatoes are great but they're light as fuck, your recipe sounds good for cutting

        Nougat has 92.4g of carbs/100g. Eat one bar.
        Ovaltine Chocolate Malt Powder has 93g/100g of carbs. Drink one Milkshake.
        Dehydrated Prunes has 90g/100g of carbs. Eat 100g (about 6-8 of them).
        Dried apricots similarly has 89/100g of carbs. Eat 100g. That's like 8-10 small dried apricots.

    Oats mostly. You can eat oatmeal with milk, bake with oat flour, oat pasta, oat pancakes, oat bread, you name it.

    Also just whatever fruit and vegetables I feel like.
