same way you hit any grams of protein on a standard day since food prices don't fluctuate based on whether you're on a cut or not you fricking moronic ape
homie there are no cutting foods, we're in the real fricking world where chicken breast is the cheapest protein source whether you're black hispanic or taking a shit, it will ALWAYS be the CHEAPEST and the LOWEST calorie protein source EVER
as for any "cutting food" just drink coffee and eat fibrous stuff, avoid water/chewing gum/tea and other caloric dense shit
pretty sure breast is also cheaper than your lean minced nuts, you'll start getting sick of chicken after a few weeks and start gagging when you eat it though
>you'll start getting sick of chicken after a few weeks and start gagging when you eat it though
Add rabbit, turkey and fish for variety, if you can afford it
It'll get more expensive, yes, but you won't hate the food you're eating which is pretty important
You should increase your protein intake on a cut, and to be honest, eating a shitload of protein isn’t going to kill you or frick your kidneys up as long as you eat some fats.
>eating a shitload of protein isn’t going to kill you
you're right, its only going to give you protein poisoning which ensuits (physically) painful diarrhea, fatigue and stomachaches
t. tried cutting by eating only a pound of chicken breast a day
>t. tried cutting by eating only a pound of chicken breast a day
Nobody here is advocating for that though. You're the only one moronic enough to do that. And now you're shadowboxing with that same moronic version of yourself. What a fricking moron you are man.
Been there done that. You are going to have a bad time. Once your minimal fats have been covered and you eat a moderate-high level of protein (1g/lb) then the most important macro is to eat as much carbs as possible to maintain energy during a cut. Thank me later.
yeah lmao, gayet thinks he needs anywhere near that much to maintain muscle mass. fricking noobs thinking their lardass mass needs any protein to maintain
Kek
Unless you're 300lbs at 0% bf, that's way to fricking much protein bud
Holy frick. How bad is your ED? You feel lightheaded all the time? Do you ever actually get a pump or do you just tell yourself you do to stop from crying? Do you know how fricking bad that is for your liver and kidneys, big guy? Your enzymes gotta be through the fricking roof. If only you were roiding so the damage to your major organs was worth it. Poor guy. Another victim of supplement advertising. Feel bad the protein powder israelite got another one, but that's one of the reasons I'm the biggest and strongest dudes at my gym.
You can only process 0.8g/lb of LEAN BODY MASS.
ANYTHING BEYOND THAT KILLS YOUR TESTOSTERONE AND STRAINS YOUR LIVER + KIDNEYS
Free advice for newbies who don't know their actual lean body mass. Take your height in cm and do a gram of protein per. It's not perfect but it's a decent starting point.
>Take your height in cm and do a gram of protein per
thats fricking moronic, that sort of protein is only necessary for roiding giggahomies unless you're 4'3 or something
ask ME how I know you haven't lifted for a single fricking day in your life
you don't need more than 2g per kilogram of lean bodyweight, no newbie would have past 60-70 kilos of lean mass which would max out a 120-140 gram of daily protein requirement
ask ME how I know you haven't lifted for a single fricking day in your life
you don't need more than 2g per kilogram of lean bodyweight, no newbie would have past 60-70 kilos of lean mass which would max out a 120-140 gram of daily protein requirement
Assuming you don't want to get into non-human food, then eggs and milk. If you're willing to go for it, I remember reading the feed they give gorillas in zoos is super cheap.
Look IST Black folk, I’m looking for reliable info. I need gains and tired of getting fricked. Lost a source and have struck out searching on my own. Key words for supply would be nice.
why? what is the point, you obviously don't have 100kg of lean mass, 1.6 to 2.2kg per lean BW mass is all you need even if you go to the upper limites of 2.2 kg per lean BW it will not be even close to 230 g
What the frick do you need 230g of protein for whilst clearly being a beginner with little to no muscle mass? Your body is going to just turn more than half of that into glucose, not without the little side effect that you're going to fart yourself to death.
Just checked based on my meijers prices and based on what i last paid on Amazon for protein powder. Chicken breast >>> powder >> carton egg whites > what you ought to get from buying eggs and separating them yourself >> tuna. But chicken was on sale for $2.29. If it was more than about $4/lb powder would have been better. Ymmv fellow redditors.
So many keyboard warriors on this thread telling you that you eat way too much protein. Look into Serge Nubret and Milos Sarcev.
I’ve been eating 2 grams per lb + 0.5G/lb healthy fat + small portions of fibrous vegetables. I rarely get hunger pangs - and I’m probably the leanest and most jacked I’ve ever been in my entire life.
I attribute my ease of fat loss and increased muscle mass to higher protein intake. Experiment for yourself. Ignore the internet armchair “experts”.
I attribute it to nothing. Obviously it's not dangerous or bad to eat more protein but your experiment is also completely useless. Did you try training the exact same way for a year eating 300g protein, 250g protein, 200g protein and 150g protein? Where is your concrete hard evidence that you needed x amount of protein to make better gains?
This is like the prime example of flawed brainlet logic. Obviously if you are eating more protein you are also consuming more calories and you are seeing increased muscle mass because you are eating on a surplus, lifts going up, gaining strength and have adequate amount of protein in your body. That doesn't mean that you needed +300g of protein to reach that. You could have had similar results eating 150g and then filling the remaining calories with whatever to reach the same amount of caloric intake as you did on your 300g protein diet.
And with fat loss if you are aiming for 100g protein or 250g protein and eating idk, 2000 kcal you are obviously going to need to be way more strict and better with your diet if you aim to get 250g protein every day so you are indirectly/subconsiously going to be better with your eating habits than someone that gets 100g protein and then fills the rest of the calories with ben & jerry's. again, it wasnt because of the protein even though that's the brainlet takeaway
Yes, I’ve been experimenting with weight lifting, different diets and different calories for about 5 years now. I’ve only experimented with very high protein probably the last 6 months. And in that time I have radically improved my body composition and muscle mass. Protein also keeps you fuller, longer. Carbohydrates on the other hand - they make me experience more hunger pangs (even on the same caloric intake) and I swear I get fatter on them. Some people don’t process carbs that well - while others can get away with it.
Again - look into Milos Sarcev. He makes some great points about protein in bodybuilding.
Kind of a brainlet move to call me a brainlet with little to no context.
eat whole eggs exclusively directly from chicken anus.
eat with peel for extra calcium.
direct from anus taste best since is still warm.
never swallow hole. it will not digest good.
Cheapest? Probably chicken breast or casein powder.
Realistically you wouldn't eat 1kg of chicken breast in a day though so eggs, tuna/sardines, low fat greek yogurt/dairy in general are all good
im thinking milk + oats but its fatty
Skim milk.
Peanut butter
estrogenic
mystery chemical USA milk? yikes
estrogenic
>estrogenic
meds, now.
>15g fat
>5g carb
>8g protein
KILOGRAM OF PEANUT BUTTER A DAY
>4 Packs of QUARK here in Germany
Would be 5€ a day now after inflation.
That's 2kg of QUARK every day though.
I wonder how much milk it takes to make that. It would be like doing 5GOMAD
this gives me the worst constipation I have ever seen no cap fr
2kg of 0% fat is like 900 kcal though pretty based
>eating 2 kg of quark a day
Quark is fricking God tier. I eat 500 grams every single day.
me too, sometimes i mix whey in it.
Beans
same way you hit any grams of protein on a standard day since food prices don't fluctuate based on whether you're on a cut or not you fricking moronic ape
absolute moron I'm saying I want cutting foods not bulking foods

how much better is chicken that lean mince?
mince has more nutritional value and its what I've been eating to cut, convince me why is chicken better, less fat?

You don't need 230 grams of protein a day.
>has 115 kilos of lean mass
>still needs to go on a cut somehow
>still needs to ask on IST somehow
yeah it really doesn't add up
you likely need 200g but I like to go over in case I miss a meal or measure wrong
lmao what's your height and weight
you don't need 200g of protein
36 hard boiled egg whites a day.
Wet cat/dog food.
9 grams for 25 cents
OP really thing that (s)he has 230 lb of lean body mass. This is not a joke.

That's a cute tattoo did your husband pick it?
Fricking decent bicep and chest development dude
damn youre just gonna let this homie
flex on you like that?
chicken breast still the best. unless youre willing to destroy your intestines with some moronic milk product.
You only need to hit .7g/lb protein on a cut newbie.
If you steal it, its free.
dude I just realized ive been spending so much fricking money that I didn't need to
why did god make me moronic. I wish I had a fit role model in my life but IST is unironically the only place I can ask for advice
I've been lifting 3 years btw. I can only imagine what else I'm doing wrong and don't realize
okay while I've got this thread helping me, HOW MANY CALS DO I WANT ON A CUT?
I do 30-40min walking daily, lift 4x a week, work standing up all day
and as I said I'm 182cm 74kg and still losing weight at 2200cals
It's 1lb per LEAN body weight moron. You are not 74kg lean; you're more like 130lbs/58kg.
its definitely not below 65kg
I'll try and figure it out
how do I find my lean mass
bro what are you TALKING ABOUT
your fricking bones, organs, fat is 10 kg ?
fricking pea brain
what??
bones and organs is included in lean mass
he must be confusing lean mass with muscle mass
Assuming you don't want to get into non-human food, then eggs and milk. If you're willing to go for it, I remember reading the feed they give gorillas in zoos is super cheap.
Invade farms at night, capture male horses and collect horse cum on a bucket
Consume 2ml of horse cum for every kg of body mass
sardines, eggs, skim milk, chicken breast and lentils.
Look IST Black folk, I’m looking for reliable info. I need gains and tired of getting fricked. Lost a source and have struck out searching on my own. Key words for supply would be nice.
What is this app?
cronometer I highly reccomend
Alright. Thank you.
>sup guys
chicken breast and eggs are probably the universally cheapest protein sources.
drink pasteurized liquid egg whites. no i'm serious.
Egg white omelets are working for me bigly.
why? what is the point, you obviously don't have 100kg of lean mass, 1.6 to 2.2kg per lean BW mass is all you need even if you go to the upper limites of 2.2 kg per lean BW it will not be even close to 230 g

read the fuxking thread I've been lifitng 3 years
I’m guessing chicken breast and/or tuna
Just checked based on my meijers prices and based on what i last paid on Amazon for protein powder.
