    here and there I learned how to be social and hold a conversation with people. A lot of anons on IST are legitimately good lads who give genuinely good life advice but it takes a serious amount of time to find and filter them through the pile of blackpill shit. I suppose this leaves the question - could I have learned this in a shorter amount of time had I decided to look for it elsewhere and never go on IST? The answer is probably yes, but I was still gravitated towards IST because it fulfilled so many social needs.
    My only advice to young men on this board is to leave this place or at least severely cut the amount of time you spend here. IST is a worse type of mind-poison than tiktok or twitter in how it corrupts your perception of reality

      Personally I think this place isnt as bad as Twitter coming from someone who used gaming Twitter a lot. Ironically its less hostile overall, the average age of the userbase is a lot higher, and people here spend less time here than Twitter users spend on Twitter.     I changed so much since I started lurking on IST.
    Most important would be that in diet, and fitness you should go "try, and error" route.
    If something works for you, keep doing it no matter how much people are coping it's bad.
    If something doesn't work, or makes you feel worse, don't do it no matter how much people are getting zealous about it.

    ALSO zinc is the fucking god of supplements, I learned about it on IST, and this shit changed my life.
    It makes me more dominant, and boosts my sex drive, and in general mood and energy to do shit.
