here and there I learned how to be social and hold a conversation with people. A lot of anons on IST are legitimately good lads who give genuinely good life advice but it takes a serious amount of time to find and filter them through the pile of blackpill shit. I suppose this leaves the question - could I have learned this in a shorter amount of time had I decided to look for it elsewhere and never go on IST? The answer is probably yes, but I was still gravitated towards IST because it fulfilled so many social needs.
My only advice to young men on this board is to leave this place or at least severely cut the amount of time you spend here. IST is a worse type of mind-poison than tiktok or twitter in how it corrupts your perception of reality
