1. Reverse curls
2. Hammer curls
3. Zottoman curls
4. Neutral wrist curls
5. Neutral grip pull-ups
Honestly I don't think a wrist roller ever helped much with the size of my brachioradialis, but what it is good for is the definition especially in the smaller muscles of the arm. Another good suggestion was linked in that video by the hypertrophy guy, which is armwrestling style strap training.
Be careful when training this muscle and don't go too heavy with hammer curls, it's very to fuck it up and take yourself out of commission for a while, the cramps are also excruciating and your whole arm will lock up, but this is almost inevitable if you train it hard.
