What is this muscle called and how do I train it? Posted on April 1, 2023 by Anonymous What is this muscle called and how do I train it?
that's a blood vessel
I don't know what it's called but just do a max sets of wrist curls every time after you finish a set of barbell curls.
Hammer curls and neutral grip pullups
Why do you want to train that muscle? It's useless and looks like shit
>Destroy your natural hormone levels
>Still have toothpick forearms
Keeps the carpal tunnel away
Jerk off 3 times a day between the age of 11 and 22.
I have no idea but mine are disproportionately huge.
That's a good theory.
Here you go
brachioradialis. do ez bar curls and get nuclear tier doms there.
How many reps
Brachioradialis. Do ez bar reverse curls, spam those and it'll get massive
ignore everyone ITT because theyre fucking clueless
make/buy a wrist roller, it will annihilate your upper forearms and blow them up
ignore this poster because hes fucking retarded.
heavy deadlifts will build your forearms.
After LARPing as Bruce Lee for years and I think I'm qualified to answer this. Top exercises for the brachioradialis in order:
1. Reverse curls
2. Hammer curls
3. Zottoman curls
4. Neutral wrist curls
5. Neutral grip pull-ups
Honestly I don't think a wrist roller ever helped much with the size of my brachioradialis, but what it is good for is the definition especially in the smaller muscles of the arm. Another good suggestion was linked in that video by the hypertrophy guy, which is armwrestling style strap training.
Be careful when training this muscle and don't go too heavy with hammer curls, it's very to fuck it up and take yourself out of commission for a while, the cramps are also excruciating and your whole arm will lock up, but this is almost inevitable if you train it hard.
Do pull-downs with your fingers instead of hands and your forearms will catch on fire
