    Situps, but not like normal ones. There's an obstacle course near my house and there's this like small inclined ladderish type thing i like to hold myself up by my legs and do situps like that. Picrel.

    Squats for low reps. I fucking hate squats but when I'm having a heavy day I generally enjoy them. I'm not dying for air so I can actually focus on the movement rather than trying to hurry up so I can take a breather.

    Question when I try to do sit-ups it feels like the base of my back is pressured against the floor. I don't know if it's like the bone but I'm spooked. Is this normal and only because I'm out of shape?
