Do you not have a job, or what? Everyone I work with is a fatty who talks about "getting their steps in." These fat souls don't even walk a mile. The quota is like 2,500 steps. It's almost nothing.

I'm unemployed. Are you saying walking three miles is a lot of time? It usually takes me around 80 minutes.

No you didn't. A fast walk for me is 4mph and I walk really fast.

            >80 minutes
I'm not disturbed that you walk slowly. I'm disturbed that few others walk as much as you.

Speak with a random person. If you say you walk 3 miles a day they look at you like you're an alien. I say I walk a mile to work and people think it's some challenging thing and they could never.

I run 3 miles a day, it takes me 20-25 minutes depending on how I feel, 80 minutes is a long time to just walk good on you though, do you not get bored?

NTA but I usually go for a 4 mile walk most days. I listen to music and think about stuff. It's peaceful. There's animals. The local deer family recognizes me as a chill dude so they don't bolt when I walk by anymore.

I thought the meme quota was 10,000 steps which is about 4 miles for most people.

You don't get lean from doing exercise. You get lean from getting your diet under control. Exercise only makes it a little easier.
