That's great but in one of his own videos he stands next to a measure taped on the wall and has Jesse measure in, and then he weighs himself, and then he uses one of those digital body fat calipers. If you Google his height it's like one of the first videos that comes up. He's 5' 10 and a half, 170something, and 5.8% bodyfat iirc.

How tall is he? I'm 5'11, which is supposedly how tall he is, and the first time I got shredded back in high school I was probably pretty close to that and I was 140-145ish.
He just benefits from good traps and broad shoulders, but at other angles or in clothes he will look pretty small there. If you don't have good inserts it can sort of look bad being that lean that small.
This is like 175, and obviously I have a good deal more fat here, but I certainly wouldn't have to lose that much size to get quite lean at like 165. And while for me, those last few % points get hard because I lose a lot of muscle with them, if you're a Hollywood star getting roids, it's not that hard.
I recall that he weighed like 150-155 for Fight Club, doing water manipulation before shirtless scenes, and like 170-175 for Troy, which makes more sense at his height.
