    Stop eating like a hog and do a lot of pushups, leg lifts, bicycle kicks, jumping jacks and dips for starters, then go on a run. Judging you I'd say 1 mile starting off but you'll want to bump that up higher. And keep in mind every time you stop to breathe on your run that you should be able to run 5 miles without stopping. Don't say you can't do it because this is all bodyweight.

    Lift, fix your hormone issues by putting on muscle and building test, you'll stop storing all your fat in the wrong places. It will be a long while before you're normal but it's doable.

    start no fap,
    sleep before midnight,
    study and work out,
    use all your free time for improvement.

    This is your workout plan:
    motive: you don't want to bulk or cut, what you need at your current stage is body recomposition and this is how it's done:

    pick crossfit type cardio here are your options
    from best to worse
    1. assault bike or air bike, swimming 3. rower, 4. sprinting

    you want to do it x5 times a week for at least 20 min a day with progression or use the pete plan.
    the idea is you have no muscles and all skinnyfat so you need to beef up all the muscles all around the body and high intense cardio do that to you

    on top of that, lift at least 4 times week
    x2 days pullups 3x10 (do reverse pullups when you can't do regular)
    x2 shoulder-fly, and arms

    eat at maintenance DO NOT OVEREAT, do not get tempted to bulk.

    if you do this, you will make it and have normal body very very fast, maybe even in 2 month
    keep in mind that it's not easy and consistency is most important. If consistency is out of equation so are the gains.
