        You can exercise naked at home. It doesn't cost clothes. Most people already get excess energy from their food anyway so it doesn't cost a thing. Water is free.

      Food is better than supplements, don't bother using them if you can eat those things, they aren't supposed to be used in an extended period of time if you want to be healthy. This is taken from a nutrition textbook, this is not even controversial at this point.

Supplements were devised to treat people who are sick, and they are SUPPLEMENTARY to nutrition not the main source of something.         Depending on country, even with a good diet, food alone will make you deficient in certain nutrients. Typical suspects include vitamin D, B vitamins, iodine, iron, calcium, magnesium. Supplements are good, but you should have a more systematic approach to them. Don't just take them blindly.
