            You probably have low testosterone. Vice versa, if you had high testosterone you would be more muscular without doing anything than you are now lifting weights without any anabolic and androgenic activity.

            I've actually experienced both sides of aisle and taken gear, and when people screech "YOU STILL HAVE TO WORK HARD WHEN YOU TAKE STEROIDS!!!!" it's complete bullshit. When you work out hard on steroids you will look like a complete freak. Instead with only a basic work out routine 2-3 times a week you will surpass any natty with ease.

        Dips and pull-ups work multiple muscles all at once ( biceps, triceps, back, chest , shoulders ). Do both of these one after the other to failure and that’s more than a substantial upper body workout

    Hard to say because he was on roids. Just look at Olympic wrestlers necks, and the physiques of body weight only athletes who roid.
    - A natty version would focus a lot on delts, arms and chest, abs, forearms and neck if you need to, and legs.
    He had a very balanced physique. Not many weak points. Most casual lifters tend to have something you can easily point out.
