Move chicken down and beef up. That's the only change I'd personally make. It's a good tier list
Chicken and fish/shellfish top tier. Everything else F tier. Red meat makes me feel sick

Is chicken the 3rd in A? Chicken should be S tier. Specifically the breast and thighs since they have so much protein for such low calories compared to everything else on the list. Eggs are kind of overrated imo should go down to A.
