          Do you use straps on these? My grips pretty strong but I find I’m limited by it from gripping the bar collar on these rather than my back strength.

        Why waste your time and chi maxing out on a secondary inferior variation? Barbell rows and pull-ups are the jack and king of back exercises.

        If you want to go heavy, do it on an exercise that counts.

      They can't really build your pecs but if I use a slow eccentric I definitely get a solid chest pump from rows
