get a little container of quality skyr and a thing of fairlife milk. The ultrafiltered stuff makes it way easier and no need to drain the yogurt through cheese cloth. My instant pot has a yogurt button and it cooks it up for bout 10 hours. Next morning, fresh creamy yogurt.

Buy a small container of yogurt. Buy ultrafiltered whole milk. Mix 2 tablespoons olf yogurt into milk. Set in instant pot on yogurt setting and cook for 9 hours. If no instant pot, cook milk in normal pot over low heat with a thermometer in it until 180 degree. Cool till 110 or blood temp, add yogurt, hold at temp for 9 hours
