No, that's pretty accurate. I've never lifted consistently for more than a few weeks until recently where I went a full month super consistent, and those are basically my numbers too.
I'm working on staying consistent because lifting is important for long-term health.
No you're ridiculously untrained. I started at those numbers when I picked up a barbell earlier this year. Was a calisthenicsgay before that, but still, it isn't a stretch to achieve them in a short amount of time if you have any sort of physical background.
>me in january 2021 >3 years lifting >bench 2pl8 for 5 >~255 1 rep max >bench 3 times a week for a year and gain 50lbs of bodyweight >me in january 2022 >still can only 1rm 255 >switch to 5/3/1 for 6 months >me in june 2022 >still can only 1rm 255
give me a good reason why i shouldn't start taking gear
can you read anon
i was already lifting for 3 years to bench 1 rep max 255lbs which is already shitty, then i started benching 3 times a week for a whole year and gained 50lbs but made no bench gains, then I did ANOTHER program for another 6 months and still made no bench gains
thats a year and a half of no bench gains while gaining weight, not 5 months. also my bench is already shit for my height and weight and time lifting. im literally hard stuck at baby weight. >You were never going to make it
i wasnt going to make it with shitty lifts like mine anyway. at least on gear i can actually achieve lifts that aren't trash.
are you me? I've accepted my fate. Will take gear in 5 years maybe, till then I'll just maintain and live life. Frick the need to be the hugest, there are other areas to improve in.
the only thing i want is to be big and decently strong but just like every other goal ive ever had in my life the universe conspires to thwart me from ever achieving any of them at every possible turn so frick it. might as well roid before i kms
Your strength is in your squat, if you are 90kg then you are just weak all around but assuming you are 70-80kg, deadlift is pretty DYEL Though, focus on that and bench.
>5months bulk, now at 17%BF; 79kg 183cm
Still a lil dyel weakling, especially arms
The fricking arms are not growing and it looks ridiculous.
But I’m happy for my deadlifts. I do 3x5 and really want to hit those 3 plates deadlift and 80kg bench in few weeks time.
As someone who lifts what you lift but for reps OP I’d say your DL is weakest >75x5 >100x5 >130x5
Are my lifts for bench squat and deadlift respectively
>all of them
kys
He is right you are most likely in the newbie gains part of your gym life
He's right you fricking dyel lmao
This, lift, eat and sleep moar OP
meaningless without your height, weight, age and sex
>sex
implying that there are women on this board and that they can bench 70kg
your OHP
You have a weak coomer brain.
Kinda proportional, but lower body i guess
You're perfectly balanced. Just κeep getting those numbers up.
neat, not him but novice at pretty much the exact same weights
mind spoonfeeding me the name of that website?
symmetric strength
everything
>what’s my weakness
None. I have no attachment to anyone or anything.
Those are numbers after 2 months of lifting
you’re full of shit
No, that's pretty accurate. I've never lifted consistently for more than a few weeks until recently where I went a full month super consistent, and those are basically my numbers too.
I'm working on staying consistent because lifting is important for long-term health.
I should know, I breezed through those numbers a month ago

You were never going to make it. Even on roids.
1 year and 5 months and gaining 50lbs

Start bulking heavier
i was 220lbs in 2021
Your current weight doesn't matter as much. Just whether you're currently gaining, losing, or maintaining weight.
the point im making is that i was already weak for my weight to begin with
in fact im now weaker pound for pound than i was 18 months ago
I bench 85kg squat 110kg and pull 135kg.
We are not the same.
post body
One rep max? I have the same numbers. maybe stronger squat
And I squat and deadlift twice as much as you, there will always be a bigger moron, moron
>my bench is 70kg
>squat 90kg
>deadlift 105kg
you are the weakness
Black person post body
>(You)

KEK

You look good keep it up king

me is 65kg
Aight those stats are pretty impressive for a small man like yourself, I was 12 when I last was 60kg, complete DYEL, skin and bones essentially.
Need to focus on that bench if you want to get it up though.
I CANT PUT ON WEIGHT SAVE ME
name?
for a 1rm? I can't imagine someone squatting 90kg and not having at least a 120kg deadlift.
>lift more
>lift even more
>eat
>wait 1.5 years of doing this
>profit
3x10 bench
3x5 squat and deadlift
>10 reps
I found the problem. We do exactly 3 sets of 5 reps here. No more, no less. Failing a set is not an option.
but but hypertrophy
Compound lifts aren't for hypertrophy
moron.
I'd say nothing per se. You need to keep milking linear progression and then see where you end up and assess strengths and weaknesses.
>be me,65kg 175cm
>160kg deadlift 1RM, 120kgx6 squat
>just 70kgx3 in bench press
tf did i do wrong?

lifting
Your weakness is that you're weak.
Your body
Man, wasn't 1/2/3/4 the average on IST? Why do I have bigger numbers than all this people in the thread while being a manlet?
OHP considering it's not even mentioned.
This ohp is the best and most important upper body lift
AAAERGRHG STOP POSTING HOT b***hES I CANT TAKE IT ANYMORE
I know your pain OP
Bench 70kg
Squat 110kg
Deadlift 160kg
I fell for the meme
I could bench 155 x 10 in high school m8
nobody cares
