        Do it with a more shallow range of motion or RIP your knees. That's some oldschool wrestler cardio and the protocol is to keep your fingertips behind your ears touch your elbows to your knees on each rep.

    Jump rope. You need a bit more room but it does the job pretty well. Add weight to your body and wrists for more intensity
