Bump
Weighted incline crunches, hanging leg raises, deadlift, sqwaaat, losing weight
Lying pullovers
Weighted sit ups
Crunches
Stairmaster
Hanging leg lifts
Fork put downs
Russian twists for shits and giggles
>Lying pullovers
Only work chest.
>Stairmaster
Only works legs and butt.
Dude.
You’re simply wrong. Lying pullovers work pecs, lats, and the serratus
>abs are made in the kitchen bullshit
Yeah, keep thinking that, buddy.
Crunches, wheel stuff, planks, and russian twists. I also do hanging leg raises occasionally. Disclaimer that my abs aren’t great but that’s mostly because I’m overweight with 20% body fat.
Leg raises are pretty good if you’re just starting out.
>what's the best exercise to build your abs??
i was jus trying to figure this out and i think i got it.
hollow body crunches for lower + upper abs
side plank raises for obliques.
they both have levels of progression, minimal impact on your spine and don't require any equipment
i did some sets earlier for the first time to try it out and honestly it was intense. i'm a beginner so i don't really know what i am talking about, but these are now going to be part of my daily workout 🙂
Based and optimismpilled. You’re gonna make it young anon.
There are dozens of ab exercises, most are effective, just frick around with them and see which feel best for you in terms of targeting your abs and performing the exercise with proper form. As always, consistency is key, if you like doing the exercise, you'll be more consistent and have better results. I like hanging leg raises, lying leg raises with hip thrusts and DB side bents while I'm not a big fan of the ab wheel, crunches or anything that involves me leaning on my elbows.
>DB side bends
Those do obliques no abs, no?
Uh, source.
become dehydrated and your abs will look more defined <|:D
