        Ive definetely heard of that but Ive only seen 1 person who was fat who had good calves, usually fat people are just fat but maybe farmers walk could work. I went from having no calves to some calves by doing calf raises, standing and seated both with a deficit

        Yes, put on a 40-60lb+ weight vest and then incline treatmill or a slow stair climb for 30-60 minutes. Doesn't need to be fast

    You're stuck with them. The muscles in the calves and how big your calves are is mostly genetic. Maybe you can put on a few inches of muscle on them. But if you have small calves by default, you're probably going to have small calves forever.
