    Doing barbell rows for my lats and hammer curls for my biceps hit my delts enough that they are proportionate to the rest even without doing any isolations for them.

    use the lat raise machine.
    literally impossible to fuck your shoulders up.
    if you use dumbells you risk your arm internally or externally rotating ever so slightly and that's the start of serious problems.
