Ive been stuck in ottermode for a year now and i wanna progress. I already eat clean and slowly up my lifts, but i DO do a lot of cardio so is that the issue?

Most likely the cardio is making you burn too many calories and you aren't going above maintenance

I was gonna, i wouldve started ages ago if not for my tendency to get myocarditis. Got it before corona in 2017 too so its not that, also im unvaxxwd so its not that. Basically i cant afford to have my mucous membranes irritated since whatever gets thru goes straight to my heart lining
I met cyclist (cardio frickers) who are super lean with six pack and they drink soda and eat fricking doritos. There is something you are not telling us anon, i dont believe that body is the result of eating clean even when you mostly do cardio.

Otter mode looks good, medium muscle very low fat. Others prefer low-med fat with large muscles. Strongman competitors go for high fat + huge muscles. You are none of these things, no offence. You should start doing 100 pushups and 20 chin-ups total on one day, then do 1 hour walking/biking the next day, then repeat this for 1-2 months. (plus eating normal healthy food)
