      no reason to take this as a preworkout, it builds up in your body so theres no difference in timing the doses. In some people it can can cause stomach discomfort when taken with caffeine so might even be a bad idea for some.

    Lmao you take creatine with carbs, sugars actually best as it spike insulin which then drives the creatine into the cell fast. Can take it with preworkout shouldnt be a problem if youre a sensitive bitch. If you are just take it with a carb. Better pump with carb like rice aswell.

      its better post-workout for that reason. you dont want to spike insulin before a workout, but its good to do after. plus you'll want to replace all the glycogen lost during your workout quickly

        Spiking insulin pre workout doesnt matter as youre driving nutrients into the muscle while you workout. Just do it again after.
